I was eager to use MeloAudio as a musician because of their reputation for offering a huge variety of high-quality instruments and cutting-edge recording equipment. I have been incredibly disappointed with their customer care, though. First, I found it incredibly difficult to speak with a live person when I attempted to contact their support team with a query about a product I was interested in. The automated system kept pointing me in the direction of FAQs that weren't relevant to my situation. I eventually got through to a representative, but they came across as impatient and disinterested in assisting me. Because they didn't provide me with the information I required to make an educated purchase, I felt as though I was bothering them with my inquiries. To make things worse, the product I did buy from MeloAudio had a flaw that rendered it useless when it was delivered. I made another attempt to get in touch with customer support to set up a return or exchange, but I was unable to get through to a live person again, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. Overall, even though MeloAudio may have top-notch gear, I am unable to suggest them to other musicians due to their subpar customer service and lack of support.
