These lights are very handy, especially with the remote control. They charge fairly easily and seem to work great. They look great in candle holders hidden behind glowing rocks or glass, and even in hanging lanterns. The remote control makes it very easy to put in hanging things. I also love the shimmering effect - so pretty. The only thing I wish they were half as yellow and a little more white. The flame of a real candle is never as yellow as that of artificial candles - I'm not sure why manufacturers stick with yellow light. Either way - they're still very easy to use and look great. They are also the actual size of a tealight. PS You have to turn on the base of the candles and then you can do whatever you want with the remote control.
