The complete opposite of what I expected. A colander has been opened and used, as you can tell by all the hair and bubbles in the packaging and missing consumables. also very dirty, the tape is disgusting, already opened and roughly stuck back on the package. The real kicker is that the screen cover is absolutely NOT the right size or anywhere close. I have a Samsung A20E and have bought many other things for the phone with no problem, but this screen cover doesn't even cover most of the screen. She is an inch shorter and half an inch too thin.
