The hook broke on the first use!
If you are purchasing a similar item specifically for carrying luggage on the roof of an SUV, you cannot rate the product highly if it fails on first use. The hook tore from the fabric, the suitcase opened and landed at the edge of the interstate. Thank god I didn't hit another car. The suitcase was damaged in the fall, and the items inside were also damaged. I should warn you about this issue and not revisit it.
