Review on ERKOON by Louis Loebis

Recently, I made an internet purchase with ERKOON and was quite dissatisfied with the service I received. I had a hard time locating specific information on the website. I spent a long time looking, but I couldn't track down the precise item I required. The checkout process was difficult and unclear when I finally located an item I wanted to buy. In the end, I had to re-enter my billing information several times until my purchase was processed. When my order finally arrived, I discovered that the item was not at all what had been advertised. It was of shoddy construction and failed to do its intended job. Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to get a refund or exchange. Overall, I was not satisfied with my purchase from the ERKOON internet store and would not suggest it to others.
