They are very soft and plush. I've already received a few compliments on it. I read a review before buying that said they didn't fit at first, but after a few days the fabric takes the shape of a chair and looks great. I'm glad I knew I had to be patient because this information was correct. I would add that the cases look great when tucked away properly, but it's a constant struggle to keep them tucked away. I'm currently using a PVC piping system that I've lined with hot glue to provide some support. It's a bit of a hassle, but to be honest the covers look nice and are comfortable to sit in, so it's worth a bit of fiddling and tucking away each day. The installation instructions are pretty useless, but once you start inserting the chair back into the slot in the chair cover, the rest is pretty easy to figure out. And long elastic loops wrap under the footrest and hook onto the front chair legs to keep the cover on the footrest. Haven't tried cleaning it yet, but I've found that the little plush balls of fluff rub off fairly easily, so I don't think it will hold up to a vigorous cleaning. Overall I'm very happy with them, at this price I didn't expect it to be more than it is and it exceeded my expectations.
