Size down! on my review.
On average I am a 7 1/2, but have been having good luck with 8's when half sizes aren't available however with these shoes I float in the 8 and I'm certain I should have settled for a 7 instead. They also are very flat and uncomfortable. I may still use them only I will stick a padded insole in them. Looks wise I like them very much that is their saving grace.
