I love using Epsom salt whenever I can because it helps.
I like to use Epsom salts whenever I can because it helps me relax and I have also found it very helpful to use in my bath. I have a collection of different salts for different purposes. This one is absolutely perfect for me. I like to detox from time to time and it's amazing because it really works. My husband and I use it constantly and we always feel refreshed and relaxed after a day of work. It is very good after a workout, after a hard day's work or just to treat yourself. I also find that it helps with weight loss. Overall, I like the product very much and I give it 5 stars. For me, the aroma is also healing, by the way.
