Exactly what I was looking for!

EDIT 11/2020: I finally had to replace a candle that the cats threw out the window and smashed. All others get stronger after 4 years. I love these candles! EDIT: These candles are now being used at night for 2 months (April to May) and so far I've only had to change the batteries on one candle! Brilliant! I searched the internet for window candles for weeks before deciding on these and I'm SO glad I did. I wanted them to be battery operated because I wanted to have candles in all my windows, even the ones that aren't near an outlet. And the extensions are ugly. Second, I wanted either a timer function or a sensor because turning on and off 15 candles a day is too much work for me. I also wanted something that didn't look too gross. I've bought enough of those disappointing orange LED candles in the past. So these candles were the only ones I could find that fulfilled all my desires. I'm very happy with the light sensor on them as I felt the timers on the other candles weren't long enough (some timers only turn on for 4 hours?!). Point the sensor at the window pane and you're done. Sit back and watch your candles light up at dusk and extinguish at dawn. Nothing compares to how easy it is. The light these candles give off is also a nice soft white. Although some bulbs were more yellowish than others, they are not as easy to spot from a distance and scattered throughout the house. Some other reviews also said they weren't bright enough. These candles give me enough light to see where I'm walking in the dark and are also visible from my street which has no street lights so I'm happy. The bases are plastic but look decent enough and were more durable after adding the batteries. I have small window sills big enough to sit on, so I attached velcro to the bases to keep my cat from knocking them over. They also came with window sill clips but I didn't bother with that. After reading the reviews I was worried I would get a bad spark plug or two but all 15 are working great so far! I am very happy with these window candles. I would recommend them to anyone who is lazy like me but also enjoys the sight of a warm welcoming home that greets them each evening after work.
