The manufacturer stopped production in 2009. They are 10 years old and don't work that well.
I was curious as to why they weren't working so well so I contacted the manufacturer to find out what water/detergent/clothing ratio to use. I was surprised to learn that they stopped making them in 2009 and that the manufacturer was surprised that anyone was still trying to sell them. They don't work because they are 10 years old and long expired.
