Easy to use - there are shaped trays that really fit your teeth
I've tried a few whitening kits and I don't like that the trays or trays don't fit your teeth snugly which means It is more difficult to preserve contact teeth with a bleach. This solves that problem by allowing you to make custom aligners to fit your teeth. You just dip them in hot water until they start to shrink. Then you put them in your mouth, bring them close to your teeth and bite. After a while the pans will hold their shape. You can't use them with LED lights, but you can ensure that any whitening product comes close to your teeth. It works well. You can also warm them up and reshape them.
