My 4 year old is too tall for most 3 sizes and usually too skinny for a 4. I ordered a size 4T in khaki and LOVE it. The waist tie is ideal because you can tie it tight enough to hold up your pants but loose enough to go on the potty. Color and quality are excellent. I usually have to order "skinny" or skinny models to make them look a little baggy, but it's not that obvious. The price is a little high when I post this, but it fluctuated a lot.
