Bought these floor mats for my new 2021 Ranger. I found what I thought was a great deal on an item in an open box. It was like a new list. Said box has been opened but the items have not been used. I received them and that description was pretty accurate (you could tell they had been used for at least a day or two as the mats had dirt and grass chips on them, but they rubbed off easily). The back mat was perfect. Fits well. front mats; not even close. Too large. I googled and found the following article. It turns out; These mats are for the Silverado. After reading the reviews here I see that another person had the exact same issue! So this tells me that this person solved the problem, notified Amazon and got them back, but instead of Amazon fixing the problem; You put them up for sale again and let someone else fix the problem. And when I called for help; all they said was "we will contact you within 48 hours to see what we can do". I asked for an immediate replacement and would have sent them back but they said they couldn't send a replacement. Urine bad service on behalf of the Amazone.
