I have used this brand for over a year. The first waist trainer I bought was an XL. Now I’ve downsize to a medium. I wear around the house and I also wear it when I exercise. It definitely helps. My stomach has went down so much. It also went down along with eating right and exercising. This waist trainer definitely helped with it.
