Broken soap and cleaning pumps

The packaging seemed fine until I opened it and one of the bottles leaked a bit. I've cleaned it and tried to prime it for use and it doesn't work. I found it ok, I'll use another one and when it's empty I'll refill the shampoo from the broken dispenser bottle. Unfortunately, the pump of the second bottle is also defective. I love the smell so much I can handle it this time but I won't be reordering.
