Great service, very responsive! Easy to configure, easy to use, great support! Nothing. They were extremely thorough in showing me what I would need and when asked questions (I do not have a tech background) they provided excellent recommendations! I was able to get my site up and running almost effortlessly. The plugin has been tested thoroughly by Gravity Forms team itself, so there should be zero doubt as it works perfectly. Thanks to gravity forms awesome product and superb support! We had some problems with our payment form submission but after reaching out to their support everything fell into place. I like that it allows me to create multiple different types of rewards, including points or cash. It's also very easy to set up and use! The only thing I don't love about this program is how difficult it can be to get your customers to actually download their cards from you. Make sure they know what they are getting when they sign up! We have been able to give out all kinds of incentives with this platform - both physical goods (like gift certificates) as well as virtual items (points).
