I give this charger 5 stars despite some cosmetic issues with shipping. Arrived in a well packed box (the boxes were undamaged), however the charging connector has some pretty bad "scratches" (see photo). Other than that, the charger works great and charged my new Honda Clarity plug from 0 to 100% in 2 hours and 2 minutes! Update: My machine made a lot of noise when turned on, which bothered me a lot. After inspection, ESVE put too many amplifiers in the car (see video and photos) and it is a brand new car. I am concerned that this could damage the charger or the battery. I hope not but will update after visiting the dealer
