Review on Citrus juicer Kitfort KT-1108, black/silver by Czesawa Lan ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good quality product, I rate this purchase excellent.

In general, I am satisfied with the device. I didn’t lower my rating for minor flaws, because I enjoy freshly squeezed juices and am insanely happy. Moreover, the consumption of fruit is very economical. It is convenient and simple to use. It's easy to take care of. Compared to similar units from other manufacturers, the price is adequate, so I recommend buying it.

Pros
  • 1. The main thing actually! Very good "dry", squeezes juice from citrus fruits. (Somehow in a hotel in Turkey there was a self-service experience in terms of squeezing natures of juice from oranges. There was a large manual juicer with a long lever. So it took almost ten halves to strain a glass. Here, there are really two medium-sized oranges - a full glass: an example on photo below, just two small oranges). 2. The fittings can be easily removed for washing in one motion and put back just as easily. 3. Stainless steel body, solid appearance, durable plastic, the overall feeling of a quality product. I hope it will last a long time. 4. Stands firmly on the table with suction cups. 5. After filling the glass, you can close the spout (does not drip onto the table. A trifle, but you don’t need to wipe it every time - it’s nice)
Cons
  • By and large, nit-picking - but perhaps, if the manufacturers read, they may make the product better. 1. It is designed only for small / medium fruits - all the same, there is not enough set of nozzles. (make a set of different nozzles for large/small fruits - in my opinion, a penny question. It's strange that it's not implemented. In the end, you can make a richer package a little more expensive - I think there will be those who want to pay extra for a more versatile device) 2. Non-removable pressure cup for washing, to rinse it is necessary to drag the entire unit to the sink. (also incomprehensible savings - to make the pressure cup (or the inner plastic insert in the cup) removable - technically it's nonsense). 3. When reinstalling the juice container, the pressure cup interferes (example: in the photo). Over time, you get used to it - but all you need to do is make sure that the pressure cup leans back literally 0.5-1 cm further. 4. It would be nice if there was a common cover (if the device is not in the nightstand, then so that dust does not get inside, like KT-1115, for example) 5. If you believe the passport, then after 10 fruits, you need to take a break of 10 minutes. For such a unit, I think it's not enough. There is enough power, the case is metal - everything should be in order with cooling - in general, it is not clear why this is so. For a family, it's normal, but if guests come, it's not ice.
