4 years ago I assembled a computer, put 4 such turntables in it - 3 for blowing in, 1 for blowing out. I set the speed in the BIOS - while the percentage is cold, something about 900 rpm is spinning (less on my mother did not work), when the temperature rises, the speed grows to 70-80% of the maximum. I set it up on the basis of considerations so that the temperature in the case does not grow much - the difference in the end is a couple of degrees between the loaded and unloaded state. I installed the fans on noktua silicone pins (bought separately). The setup is as follows: z9 neo case, r5 3600x processor, asus 1080ti video with 3 turntables.
