First of all I just want to say that this is a very good company. They have the best customer service I have ever seen from any online company I have ever dealt with. Other companies should take notes on how to deal with this company's problems. Now for my review of this chair. I bought the chair almost 5 months ago and was very excited about the purchase. Finding a chair for a tall person is not easy. I weigh 299 pounds and needed something to support that. Some of the other office chairs I've had in the past said they could hold my weight and more, and the gas tank kept failing. So far I haven't had any problems with it. Now I actually had some issues with the chair and the company fixed the issue right away. The first was comfort. When I first received the chair it was quite stiff, which is to be expected of a new chair. But the wings on the sides rubbed my legs, making it painful to sit in the chair for more than an hour. It seemed that the metal bars in it were pressed too hard. I contacted the company regarding this to see what they could do to fix the problem and they sent me a pillow to help me get off the pillow. That's enough for me. I ended up not having to use a pillow. (I was working on losing weight.) The second problem arose with the wheelbase. One of the supports holding the wheels in place fell apart. I immediately contacted the company and sent them a picture of the problem and they sent me a new base. Not the easiest way to change it once you've installed it. But after watching videos on YouTube I was able to replace it. Now 4 months later I have another stool problem which actually happened to me 1 week ago since that date. My armrests moved frequently and I didn't understand why. So I turned the chair over to see if the screws were loose. They weren't free at all. I then went ahead and removed the armrests and as I did I noticed the metal bar fell off. I removed the felt that was hiding it and saw that the welds holding the bar in place had collapsed. I won't lie, I was very upset about that. I contacted the company and explained to them what happened, I sent photos to show the problem. They replied to me within hours of my complaint and sent me another location to replace the old one. I just received it 2 days ago and put it on and everything is fine again. Well, one thing I noticed about the new chair seat is that the metal bars aren't sticking out of my side. Either I picked it up (lost it) or they fixed the problem. Anyway, I'm completely satisfied. Now I'm sure there are other chairs out there that are a little more comfortable but also cost a lot more. This is a very good chair for those who want to get themselves a gaming office chair and don't want to break the bank. Just a few pros and cons of the chair. Pros: 1. Excellent customer service from the company. They actually support the guarantee.2. Gaming office chair at an affordable price.3. The tilt function is very practical and very pleasant. Cons: 1. Armrests need to be slightly higher or extend higher than currently allowed.2. Not the most comfortable chair when sitting in it for a long time. An extra pillow can solve this problem. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will recommend and use this company again in the future. I hope someone finds this review helpful when shopping for a cheap office chair.
