Review on Kaytee Super Play Tunnel Hanging by Juanita Valentin

I bought it for my chinchillas to play with. I knew it was meant for ferrets. The photo is deceptive and it is much shorter and smaller than I expected. My chin fits in, but because it's so short she doesn't care. It is shorter than a life size ferret and may be too small for a larger adult ferret. I would not recommend this for adult ferrets. This can be normal for adult rats, but only if they are not chewing. I got creative with this and use it as a hay/grass holder. I put her herbs in the ends of the tube and in the top hole. The herbs (timothy hay and garden grass) stick out just enough to tear off bits to chew. I hung the pipe from the ceiling and trimmed the straps so it was level with one of their ledges. They didn't try to chew whistles or belts, just chewed grass. It works pretty well but if I had known how small this item is I would not have bought it in the first place.
