These compression shorts are very fitted, somewhat see through. It’s best to wear same color underwear if you decide to wear anything underneath. As for fit I’m 5’5” 166lbs and I purchased a M, honestly I’ll need to size up with these thighs and behind of mine.it’ll be best to measure before purchase.
