We are using FSO platform to manage our website reviews from various sites such as Google Business Reviews etc., I like that it's easy of use with many tools available. There really isn't much to dislike about this service at all other than they don't do SEO or link building which can help you build links so more traffic would come in. It could be just me but i think there should always have some sort of ranking when reviewing an item because sometimes its hard to know how good something actually is without being able to compare it to others. This helps us stay ahead by giving us quick updates as well as helping people find information faster through their search engine rankings. They give great customer support too! Thats what makes everything ok :) The best part (and honestly one downside) is we get instant feedback/rankings whenever someone posts anything positive towards us - meaning if somebody mentions in forums about having had bad experience dealing with another person within our organization then.
