warranty claim? fits everyday backpacks

Edit: Serious issue, one of my compression buttons on top doesn't fit and every time the bag is loaded the button pops open. What's the use of shrinking a bag if it doesn't stay that way. I think my bag was done wrong as the other buttons are easy to close and stay closed. About 20 trips with this bag and most of my stuff from my review is true. I would like to add that you can actually pin the front of the bag to make it smaller. After many trips I also noticed that the bag is very high and if you try to put it under the front seat it can hit your ankles. It's overrated and overpriced. Pros: This bag can hold a ton of stuff, I mean a ton. Looks smooth. The fabric feels strong and water-repellent. The strap system on the outside is perfect for wearing something like a hard hat. Multiple pockets accessible from the outside. Smart zipper and access position is excellent thanks to magnetic cover Great storage space for laptop and iPadI like metal hardware for belts Cons: Cost! Inner bag layout (compare the layout of this bag to the layout of Cotopaxi travel bags) Too stiff (doesn't carry the full load? It still looks like it and won't go under your feet on the plane) Compression buttons on the top won't even hold up in an almost empty pocket. In a regional jet, this bag hardly fits in the luggage compartment (at standard volume 35L, it won't fit expanded) Heavy if you don't fill the bag, that's eight as much as the contents. Summary - I researched a few weeks before purchasing this backpack, but after a few months of ownership I can say with certainty that there are better bags that will hold the same amount for less money. If you're a frequent flyer like me, the design is slick but not unique, and the extra weight isn't worth the gimmick. It is important to note that the compression system will not hold even after the pouch is ruptured.
