It seems to help with a headache
Although I can't be sure, blue light filtering seems to result in less eye strain, headaches and fatigue. This seems subtle but seems to help. Through them, the computer screen appears slightly yellow, and after removing them, it appears slightly blue and more unpleasant. So seems to help. Not sure if the focal length is much longer than regular readers. Seems a little longer. I've partially made them better at reading the Tesla Model 3 screen and it really helps.
