Review on Shanon by Vedavyas Fleming

I like how easy it is to use, my account manager was very helpful in answering any questions that came up during our first few weeks of using this software! The customer service has been great as well (we have had some minor issues but they were resolved immediately). There are many different modules you can utilize within Shanon's system which helps tailor your emails or campaigns towards specific audiences/niches without having access too much data from other sources about them outside their own database - meaning more people see what we're sending out due only knowing things such us age group etc through shannon itself rather than just being able guess by looking at demographic info online elsewhere.
