I will no longer feel the need to buy more expensive "genuine" Hoover replacement belts. I bought these regular belts to replace a badly stretched belt on my Hoover Tempo WidePath vacuum that I bought ten years ago for less than $80 (a great vacuum for the money, btw). At first I thought my vacuum cleaner was just getting old and almost bought a new one. Then I decided to take a risk and buy a new belt. I bought this product because it was cheaper than Hoover's. When I received them and started changing the old strap I immediately thought Revain had sent me the wrong straps. My old belt was about 20% longer than the new one and significantly narrower. I've decided on a new one. It took considerable muscle power to put on the new belt. Then I closed the vacuum cleaner and tried it out on my carpet. The difference was amazing. The vacuum cleaner behaved exactly as it did when it was first purchased. He even practically crawled on the carpet and picked up little bits of trash like crazy. I would recommend these belts to anyone who has a "tired" vacuum cleaner. And I still have five new belts in reserve. Should serve me for many years.
