Thick and wide for my opinion

My husband is a pretty bulky guy and loves yoga, but hates the normal-sized mats because they feel small. He was so excited when I got this for him. The padding is very thick, and the extra width gives him so much more room to work out. Really good price for the quality.

Provides the perfect platform for meditation and mindfulness practices

Cons

The mat is not suitable for people who prefer a more affordable option

The mat is comfortable, thicker than a regular mat which works great on tile floors for removing any pain. It is between and excercise mat and yoga mat so it is difficult to do some excersicises without the top layer moving. Overall, great buy for the price (pink one was discounted).
