As a life coach, I place a premium on effectiveness and quality, therefore shopping with MasTrack online was a huge letdown for me. its web store is extremely weak in both electronics and GPS technology, despite its claims to have a staff of pros with years of experience in both fields. MasTrack clearly didn't care about its customers, as evidenced by the dismal quality of its product offerings and website. The checkout procedure was cumbersome, and there wasn't enough information on the products to make an informed choice. When I reached out to them with queries, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. Their claim of dedication to quality is obviously just rhetoric. Overall, I would not advise anyone looking for GPS tracking equipment to shop via MasTrack's online store. As a life coach, I place a premium on effectiveness and quality, and MasTrack falls short in both regards. If you're looking for a stress-free online buying experience, don't bother with this one.
