There's no sound from this thing. as the most important feature.
Appears to be high quality, all legible, easy to set up but unfortunately the sound doesn't work! I called customer service who knew less than me and was at a loss. They offered an RMA but well I can't be the only person with this particular issue. nothing to try? Disappointed because I am now going with a model 3 times more expensive.-G
