I like how easy it is for people who have no IT skills or tech savy, but still need access can use this software without problem! It's very simple with great customer support as well when needed - they are extremely fast at responding in ways that make sense quickly too!! No dislike so far because all my emails/calls were responded correctly within 15-30 min time frame. We used their mobile app called "Knowledge Track". The biggest benefit of using knowledge track was its ability allowing us remote staffs from different locations easily share files through email attachments which we haven't been able do before due some security issues (some companies don’t allow sharing documents via e mail).
