I don't think there are many downsides. It's not clear how long it takes to get a prototype into production stage. Also I haven't found anything I dislike about the product. If you're looking for a versatile tool, try this one. You will see that it has all the features you need. You will be able to easily work together and provide feedback to each other. We were using different tools before. This one is much easier to use.
