I love how easy it was to use, they were very helpful in getting me started with my account. They also did an amazing job of keeping up with comments from other social media platforms (Twitter). We didn't have any issues using them as our agency, but we are looking into switching over to another platform that will allow us more control. The only issue we had was working through their support team. It took some time before we received responses back when we needed help! But once we got a response, everything worked out great!
