Review on Leviton 81401 1 Gang Decora Wallplate by Will Porter
OPEN/MISSING SCREWS
I have ordered several, 5 on my last order. Each came in an open box, not even sealed, and one was missing screws. No time to return and wait for replacement, had to paint the SS screws with gold pen. Fits well but too wide for outlet cover.
