UPDATE! I bought this product in 2014. I still don't use the keyboard cover much; I can hardly type with it. I never closed screens myself because it just turned into a city of bubbles! However, the MacBook cover itself is amazing! It's been over two years and there is a small tear on the corner. I've seen a few reviews on this product and I'm not offended but if you are in the habit of treating your laptop like a soccer ball or any real device like power tools, outdoor gear etc. then NO, this product is not for you , but also not a laptop. BUT, if you treat your Mac with the same respect that most of us do and spend a few thousand, then this is a great product. I'm buying a few more just because I bought a new Mac and the colors match my school. If $12-$15 is too expensive for a product that will protect your Mac and last at least two years, then choose a pawnshop PC over a Mac. Again, no offense. Sooooo much better than plastic cases! And great price. I don't use a keyboard cover very often, but it does the job of keeping the keyboard clean.
