Review on 🖥️ LattePanda 2G/32GB Development Board - Windows 10 Mini PC - V1.0 Edition (No Win10 Product Key) by Robert Lemons

When I received the card I connected an HDMI monitor, keyboard and mouse. I have no video output. I checked and found that the Windows 10 32GB SD card is not in the slot, pocket or box. Looks like it was just missed at the factory. I asked for a replacement. I can't give a rating so I chose 3. If the replacement works as advertised I will update it. I have received a replacement. It booted into Windows and the screen went blank. I've restarted 6 times, each time with different results. There are similar reports with a 1 amp power supply, but I'm using a 4 amp power supply connected to CN2. I was hoping to have some fun with this thing over the holidays. It's a bust right now. I might try another replacement, but the odds aren't good. I would like to add that unlike many YouTube videos, my tests are conducted on a grounded anti-static mat. Update: After checking the forums, I saw that wiring and power supply issues were the two biggest issues users are having. I connected o-scope to CN2 for monitoring. Revain's 4 amp power supply has also failed. When it drops to around 4.6 volts, the panda will collapse. Instead I tried to connect using a 2 amp Samsung phone charger. It put out a constant 5.15 volts and Panda stayed on. Since several people reported that their attempt failed after 2 hours, I watched about 3 hours of YouTube videos. I then updated Windows and downloaded Norton. All in all it was on for over 5 hours so I'm pretty sure my issue is with the power supply and not the panda. The first ubit still didn't work so I'm still sending it back leaving a working one.
