Upgrade from Nice Blinds

This retrofit kit is an easy way to upgrade standard manual blinds with a compact motor that works well and is easy to install. I got this because of some blinds that are on the other side of the tub and I got tired of walking into the tub when I wanted to change the angle of the blinds. Now I can just push a button and get the extra privacy I want in my bathroom. If you have blinds that are difficult to access I would definitely recommend this upgrade. I plan on adding more of these to my home and getting a Wi-Fi hub so I can integrate them with the rest of my SmartHome setup.

This is a simple 3-step process to upgrade your horizontal blinds to motorized: 1) REMOVE - remove the horizontal blinds from the window and remove the current tilting mechanism from inside the blinds, 2) REPLACE - replace the tilting mechanism with a Somfy motor and 3) REMOTE CONTROL - Replace the blinds on the window and program your Somfy remote control. Ready! Now you can relax and enjoy automated comfort without having to change your favorite blinds.
