The customer service has been great, they have helped me solve many issues I had with their product. Their support team was able to help us figure out some of our more complex questions. They are very responsive! We have used them for several years now and we haven't really found anything that we dislike about them yet. There's nothing in particular that stands out as being bad or good either. If you need heatmaps built quickly then this might be your solution. Our organization produces digital content so it helps us understand where people are clicking most often when viewing our site.
