If you're looking for a pair of sunglasses that block all of the unfiltered light from entering your eyes, then these might be a little disappointing. When the sun is in front of you, the glasses are perfect. Excellent view, excellent contrast. Great comfort. However, when the sun is behind you, light enters from the sides (earbuds) and edge of the front cover. This light then hits the inner glass and is reflected back into the eye. This is a problem for some of us. The workaround is to wear a brimmed hat so the sun doesn't squeak in the open areas. Since I have such a hat, the glasses do not violate the agreement, but they are without a hat. When you need to filter all the light entering your eyes. It should be noted that this is not a big problem if you are in the car. This is only a problem when walking outside or working in the garden. :)
