Most of this felt is stiff, which is what I want. Some of it (the glitter, metallic, and neon pieces) are extremely soft and flimsy; so much so that my cutting blade just drags the felt around instead of cutting it, so all those pieces are of no use to me. None of the pieces is actually 12" wide; 11.5" is more like it. This matters a great deal when designing for cutting machines! I had to tweak every single file I use for this felt, which takes a very long time. Lastly, the thickness varies a whole lot. Again I had to take a bunch of time to adjust my machine for each sheet, and even then sometimes cut right through my backing mat because the thickness of individual sheets varies so much. One piece was so sparse that I could see right through it. With all the useless felt, ruined backing mats, and extra time spent, this really brought down my profit on my craft business. I won't be buying this again if I can help it.
