Sorry, there are quality control issues. Right out of the box, I noticed that the 2 key on the number pad looks like it was pressed into the keyboard. I've tried making it show up, but it doesn't work. I had no trouble pairing my keyboard and mouse to my desktop, and the first thing I did was test the 2 key to make sure it worked. This works, but I have to press a key in a specific way to register it. Another thing I noticed is that the ink markings on the keys don't match. The ink on the leftmost keys of the keyboard is much lighter than the rest of the keyboard and I'm concerned that the ink will wear off over time. I like the integrated palm rest and button layout, especially the enter key, and the mouse works well. However, I have to rate this keyboard and mouse combo 3 stars due to quality control issues and concerns about keyboard durability.
