I wasn't expecting much from VR with an iPhone, but I was pleasantly surprised. I've tried some games and youtube videos and they all work. Inserting the phone correctly takes some practice, but it's well worth the time. I've found that there are all kinds of virtual reality. VR 1.0 is more like 3D and all you see is a 3D image that doesn't move when you move your head. VR 2.0, as I call it, is a 180 degree field of view (or close to it). You can look around and have some control over your surroundings in games. VR 3.0, as I call it, is full 360 video. You can get up and look around the circle. These glasses are suitable for all three types of virtual reality. I am happy with the results so far. The only bad thing I found was the view to view toggle. It would be nice if the iPhone browser was compatible with VR. I'm still looking for a good browser so I never have to take my glasses off.
