The strap broke but the company contacted me and refunded us.
I have never given a negative review but this product deserves it. The strap broke on the first use. We were at a music festival and it broke on the way from the car to the gate. Apparently it was a manufacturing defect as it propagated at the junction with the pouch. In 3 minutes of use this should not happen. Returns are not permitted. Update: The company contacted us and gave us a full refund for the bag. Very good customer service!
