Bought as a gift. I was very excited to use these for scarves as advertised but the holes are too small for a scarf. I tried to force it and tore off the scarf because the edges are not smooth. It could be hung from a chain like a necklace or worn like a pin. The jewels look like they will fall out easily. I can put super glue on it just in case. Overall not very good quality but about worth the $14 I paid for it.
