Very durable. Read the bonus tip.
These J hooks work great. Very strong and no hanging cable when you attach it in both mounting holes. Extra tip for you: Be careful not to use screws or sheet metal screws smaller than 3/4". You won't have enough leads. They are about 1/2" deep from the hole to the back of the hook.
