Bracket did not fit my factory bumber. Easy fix just had drill new holes in the bracket. Sent a handle bar style switch and not a in dash switch. Of course they are out of in dash switches. Winch seems sound. Easy to install wire. Customer service is pretty much non existent and was absolutely no help. The girl I spoke with obviously hates her job. This is why I only give it 3 stars
