Easy to set up. first time. Side by side it shows 2 pounds more than the old scale. No problem. I came back later and he wanted me to rebuild it. Then the phone was not found. I then had to reset the scale because they knew it was already set. Then I had to reconfigure. I had to set it up AGAIN this morning and it wouldn't sync. So I gave up and dialed this morning's number and I moved on. I was going to say I could get a cheaper scale if I knew but now they're here so I'll just keep them and manually enter the numbers if they're not correct. ETA: I've decided I'm going to return it. The phone/scale combo knows it should sync, but it can't. It's annoying trying to sync it every morning.
