Simple simple on my review.
If you know how to tighten a screw you can assemble, the foam keeps the bed quiet and there is extra if you do it right for under a couple legs because at least assembling alone there will prob be a little gap under one or two legs that cause it to knock on the floor when you get into or move but that foam cured that as well
- Provides additional storage space underneath the bed.
- The bed may not be comfortable for those who prefer a cooler sleeping environment
