Different pros: Gold certificate, efficiency 92%, 10 years warranty, only Japanese capacitors. This is a 2022 model, you can find a detailed English review of it on Tom's Hardware. To sum it up in a nutshell, the new RM750x is a significant improvement over the hitherto popular 2022 model in every way except noise. The average noise level has increased by 10 dB due to the new improved fan, but even so, the PSU remains very quiet. With a load of up to 300 W, the fan does not spin at all, with a load somewhere up to 400 W, it spins very weakly. I came across reviews that this is supposedly a version cut down in the number of PCIe cables, but this is not so. There are two PCIe 6 + 2 pin cables, with two connectors on each - in total there are 4 PCIe connectors. Different cons: The wires are really tough. For example, with great difficulty I pushed 24 pins of the power supply to the motherboard at the required right angle, the cable was very stubborn. The kit includes as many as three cables for SATA devices, a total of 10 connectors - and all this stuff is oriented to the power supply at the bottom of the system unit. And I have a power supply unit on top of the system unit, and I needed the SATA connectors to be located the other way around, 180 degrees upside down. Really it was impossible to make at least one of the cables like this? I had to take the longest cable, stretch it from the PSU to the very bottom of the system unit, turn it over at the bottom and from there lead it up to the upside down disks. In general, it was tempting to take cables from my previous Chiftek PSU - although it was twice cheaper, all the noodles are very convenient for installation, but I didn’t risk it - you never know, something will burn from such borrowings. By the way, if you do not have experience in connecting modular cables, then do not rely on the instructions in the box - it is about nothing here, only all sorts of warnings. Look for videos on YouTube. I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the above-mentioned non-turning on of the fan at low load and low speed at medium load is not a plus for every system unit. Your case should be well ventilated, because there will be no hope for a vent like this PSU. Until the load increases greatly, it will rest, and all heat removal from the system unit will fall on the case fans.
