UPDATE: I contacted the company about their 'no questions asked' guarantee about the lid broke so quickly. An email from China only offered me $10 to try and find a replacement cap. NOT HEALTHY. The product description on Revain says they offer a replacement or a full refund. False advertising. Extremely disappointing. I would give this 5 stars. My son loves it and the water in the school stayed cold all day. But the little black piece that keeps the lid closed broke after a week. The insert says there is a 1 year no questions asked guarantee so I'll see if I can do something about it. A little disappointed.
